This is a term ZCS coined to be able to offer a tailored service to our clients regarding their ongoing building projects. A building design appraisal gives the client the opportunity to engage us throughout the construction phase of the superstructure for us to assist them with aligning the structural dynamics to bridge the gap of function and aesthetic value. We ask the hard probing questions of exactly what they want the house to do for them in their day to day living experience and by that sync what the structure offers to their aspirations.
